About Us

Direct Tec Inc. is a privately held corporation providing IT services to small and midsized businesses. Don Van Mierlo formed the company in January, 2006 by acquiring the assets of Bent Technologies. Realizing that the most valuable asset acquired was the client list, Don set about building a customer-focused, full-service IT company.

One year later Direct Tec merged with Top Gun Computer Solutions, a growing IT services provider founded by Stacy Adams in 2001, and together they developed new strategies to provide stronger client offerings including managed services.

Today, Direct Tec is working to establish Hardware as a Service and IT Utility models. Direct Tec is known for helping businesses ensure that their IT and business goals are aligned, and for their no-games, fixed-fee IT services.
